چکیده

This paper proposes two dominance criteria for evaluating education systems described as joint distributions of the pupils’ cognitive skill achievements and family backgrounds. The first criterion is smallest transitive ranking compatible with three elementary principles. principle requires favorable recording any improvement in a child given background . second demands that child’s be all more favourably appraised coming from an unfavourable background. third states when different skills backgrounds are allocated between children, it preferable high to low than other way around. Our adds principles elitist requirement mean-preserving spread children same recorded favorably. We apply our 43 countries, where we measure by PISA score mathematics famly largest parents’International Socio Economic Index. conclusively compare about 19% possible pairs countries..
